• Date and Time for collection and return will be arranged accordingly 
• If the arrangements have to be altered, customer to ring asap
• It is expected that if there is any extensive damage to a costume the cost of repair should be covered by a sum agreed depending on the amount of damage
• Late returns resulting in another customer being let down will incur a charge
